Art  //  Centennial Park

Since 2010 I have run photography workshops, created public art events and mounted photography exhibitions in Centennial Park. The park is an ideal place to photograph as there are no streetlights to interfere with the light painting process. It is a place that has nurtured my curiousity and continues to inspire me. I have also played with lighting effects in the park over the years, producing my acclaimed 'Field of Orbs' image of 100 people spinning lights in Federation Valley also my 'Duck Pond at night' image, featuring ducks that were hand-drawn using torchlight and my award-winning image of luminous water running down the stairs of one of the park's old water reservoirs situated on Oxford Street.
